A 5-week support group for men and women who have lost a spouse or partner. Wednesday afternoons, starting February 25th.

A 5-week group offering men and women who have lost a spouse or partner the opportunity to process their loss in a supportive and confidential setting. Participants must reside in Tompkins or Cortland County and be able to commit to all 5 sessions. Registration is required by February 23rd and there is no cost.
