A 5 week group offering men and women who have lost a spouse or partner the opportunity to process their loss in a supportive and confidential setting. Participants must reside in Cortland or Tompkins County.

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Location: Age Well Center, 165 Main Street, Cortland, NY
A 5-week group offering men and women who have lost a spouse or partner the opportunity to process their loss in a supportive and confidential setting. Participants must reside in Tompkins or Cortland County and be able to commit to all 5 sessions. Participants must also be 60 years of age or older, a requirement to register for Age Well Center groups.
